We rely on donations to build the school.

To reach as many people as possible a number of schools have allowed us to speak to their pupils, who then responded very generously. The children were interested in learning about how people in Cameroon live. They particularly enjoyed dressing up in the ceremonial robes and looking at photographs.

Individuals have also been willing to give their time and skills:

  •  Dr Byers ran the 'Bob Graham Round' in the Lake District in aid of the NEF.
  • Two sales of homemade jams and preserves at St Paul's Parish, Hyde.

We have booked a charity stall at Hyde Market (Grt M/cr) for Friday 17th November. Help welcomed!
Other events are being planned.

A big thank-you to all who have supported us. We will be continuing to visit schools in the coming terms. If anyone has any ideas for fund raising then we would love to hear from you. And if you are able to donate some of your time or talents to help then please contact us.

You and the Tax Inspector - helping together!

Through the new Millennium Gift Aid Scheme we can reclaim tax on every donation you make if you are a taxpayer. This means that every £1.00 you give is worth £1.28. Please contact us for more information about this.
